Furniture express based in Leith, Edinburgh are an online retail supplier of high quality low cost business office furniture.
They supply a range office desks for home and business use, filing cabinets for storage, budget office chairs.
The site in the first month has seen a good improvement in rankings on Google and sales are beginning to imrpove.
When we first looked at the site there were several issues that needed correcting so we implemented heatmaps and A/B split testing in the first month to deteremine how visitors were interacting with the products on the site. It soon became evident that the calls to action were largely ineffective and the wording was not enticing users to click through to final sale.
We have made some changes to how products are displayed and changed the colour scheme of links. This has seen a good improvement and the heatmaps clearly show a marked improvement on the site from our initial assessment.
Over the coming months we intend to build traffic whilst improving the conversions and refining calls to action links and imagery.
