Breeze Media won the recent tender to design and develop the new website for Perthshire Housing Association. We beat some high quality opposition but what tipped the balance in our favour was our expertise, track record and understanding of the client's needs.
The brief was to design and develop a website to include a property manager, association forum and dynamic content management system.
Recently launched the site incorporates several features such as document stores, tenant feedback forum, news manager, property manager and new devlopments manager. Almost all areas of the site are updated by inhouse staff using friendly browser based forms - without the need for any technical expertise.
The property mnager is a subtle customisation of our acclaimed EZ-Agent property manager.
A clear interface combined with a sophisticated backend delivers content efficiently to the intended audience.
The site was developed to provide in depth information about the association to it's customers and tennants.
