Logo design for Scottish Beers online beer shop.

Scottish Beers are an online beer shop supplying a range of high quality botteld ales from the Microbreweries of Scotland. They operate from Stirling in Scotland but distribute their beers to Highland, Fife, perthshire, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Scottish Borders.

We were commisioned to design a logo that would look as classy as the logos found on many of their bottled products. We took a bottle label as a starting point and set about designing a number of elements used in the beermaking process. The result is a logo which resembles many of the outstanding designs found on the classic scottish beers.

The logo had to stand out well on many types of media so colour design was important. It can also be used for generic brand designs and is currently displayed on merchandise such as t-shirts, glasses, posters, vehicle livery etc.
