Fonejunkie are a supplier of Mobile Phones accessories and phones based in England. The site was previously part of an osCommerce development but they were struggling to get onto the first few pages of Google for their chosen key phrases.
Since the site was ecommerce based it required a dynamic search engine optimisation approach so that the search engine spiders could deep crawl the site.
We rebuilt all the key html and dynamic code elements of the site so that both spiders and visitors could find the relevant content easily.
The site consists of hundreds of products with relevant descriptions on each of the product pages. Although generated dynamically from a MySQL database the actual pages are presented in search engine and user friendly format.
A short while after the site was rebuilt the search engine optimisation was showing results on Google and Yahoo. Pages that were previously ranked at page 50+ were quickly moving up to page 2.
A gradual refining process took place over the next few months and many of their pages are now on page 1.
